Directions to the Reading CSCS Test Centre

Car

Do you have plans to visit the Reading Test Centre using a car? It’s at the Centre of Reading. Use Forbury Road if coming from the Train Station. Take a second exit at the two roundabouts to maintain Forbury Road. Right turn to king’s road. On the left lane, turn right to Queen’s Road. The Centre is on the left in Havell House.

Parking

The test centre has no parking. Queens Road is the nearest which is a three-minute walk. It costs £4.40 for two hours. Saxon court parking a ten-minute walk away costs £2 for two hours.

Bus

Buses available on Queens Road include 3, 9, 10A, 3B, 9, and 10. Stop MH on Kings Road is the nearest stop six-minute walk.

Train

Reading station located on station Hill is the nearest. It’s a twelve-minute walk (0.6miles) from the CSCS centre.

Other Infomation

The CSCS centre opens on weekdays except for weekends from 8 am to 4 pm. The CSCS Centre building has an internal lift and step-free access for the disabled. The building has no space for visitors. To inquire about disabled parking, contact the Centre via 08000934520.

How long does the test last?

You will have 45 mintues to answer 50 multiple choice questions.

What will I need to get to pass?

The CSCS operative test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS specialist test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS managers and professionals pass mark is 46/50
