Directions to the Nottingham CSCS Test Centre

Car

Are you planning to visit Nottingham by car? From Broadmarsh Centre, follow the Lister Gate. Travel away from Marks and Spencer’s on Castle Gate. Find the CSCS Centre on Castle Gate 25-27 in Chiltern House. Don’t use the postcode to locate the Centre.

Parking

The Centre has no parking facility. Spaniel Row is a nearby parking facility, a two-minute walk away (0.2 miles), charging £4 for two hours. NCP car park at Arndale Centre, a five-minute walk(0.4miles) away, has parking facilities at £5.30.

Bus

Bus lines around Castle Gate include 9, 50, 78, 77, and 79. Bus stops on Spaniel Row and Marian Way is the nearest. They are a three-minute walk from the CSCS Centre.

Train

Nottingham Station along Carrington Street is the nearest station which is an eight-minute walk (0.4miles) away.

Other Infomation

The Centre is open weekdays except on weekends from 8 am to 4 pm. There is full access for the disabled. Wheelchair access is via the lift to the Ground Floor, and there are no waiting facilities for those accompanying candidates.

How long does the test last?

You will have 45 mintues to answer 50 multiple choice questions.

What will I need to get to pass?

The CSCS operative test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS specialist test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS managers and professionals pass mark is 46/50
