Directions to the Glasgow CSCS Test Centre

Car

Do you intend to tour Glasgow centre using a car? Coming from the city centre, you will access Pentagon Centre along Washington Street when you leave Broomielaw before you get to the Underpass Kingston Bridge.

Parking

The Pentagon Centre has no parking. Washington Street has parking facilities a two minutes’ walk from the centre, and it’s operated by Smart Parking company charging £4 for 2 hours. Newton Street is a three minutes’ walk to the test centre charging £3.50 for 2 hours.

Bus

Buses available include 500, 1A, X4, X8, and X19. Cheapside, James Watt, and Hydepark Streets are nearby bus stops. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to get to the Test Centre.

Train

Anderston station is the nearest four minutes’ walk to the test centre. Glasgow Central Station is a ten minutes’ walk to the test centre.

Other Infomation

The test centre opens on weekdays except for weekends from 8 am to 4 pm. The building has two lifts, one on the ground and the other one on the 3rd floor. Room 325 is set to receive the test.

How long does the test last?

You will have 45 mintues to answer 50 multiple choice questions.

What will I need to get to pass?

The CSCS operative test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS specialist test pass mark is 45/50.
The CSCS managers and professionals pass mark is 46/50
